When most people think of tow trucks, they might picture vehicles being hauled away from no-parking zones or repossessed in the middle of the night. At Blaze Roadside & Transport, that's not what we do and we think it's important for our customers to understand the difference.
What Does Consent-Based Towing Mean?
Consent-based towing means we only tow a vehicle when the vehicle owner or an authorized motor club has directly requested our service. Every tow we perform starts with your call, your request, and your authorization. It's that simple.
We Do Not Impound Vehicles
Blaze Roadside & Transport does not impound cars. We do not operate an impound lot, and we are not in the business of holding anyone's vehicle. If we're towing your car, it's because you asked us to and we're taking it exactly where you want it to go.
We Do Not Perform Repossessions
Repossession towing, commonly called "repo" work, involves recovering vehicles on behalf of lenders when a borrower has defaulted on their loan. This is not a service we offer. We believe in building trust with our community, and that starts with making sure every interaction we have is based on your consent.
We Do Not Perform Non-Consensual Tows
Some towing companies contract with property owners or municipalities to remove vehicles without the owner's knowledge. We do not do this. You will never come outside to find that Blaze Roadside & Transport has towed your vehicle without your permission.
Why We Chose This Approach
Our mission is to help drivers when they need it most, which is during breakdowns, accidents, or when they simply need reliable vehicle transport. We want every customer interaction to start from a place of trust and service, not conflict. That's why we focus exclusively on consent-based towing and roadside assistance.
